Ingredients
all salad vegetables ,cleaned, and grated,green coriander, chilles cut into very small pieces,chilled curds. grated coconutground with greenchilles and a piece of ginger can be used instead of small pieces of chillies.
Method
In a bowl mix well all the grated vegetables and add to salt to taste. then add the grated coconut mixture .add chilled curds just before serving and garnish with fresh corianderleaves. optional---you may add pomagranate too for a colourful feast.
