Caualiflower Pachadi
Ingredients
Cauliflower - 1/4 Kg Curd - 1 cup coconut - 1 piece Cummin seeds - 1/4 tsp Green chillies - 4
Method
Wash and cut the flower into small pieces. Blanch it for 2 minutes in salt water. Drain flower and let it cool. Grind coconut, green chillies and cummin seeds and add it to curd. Mix the cualiflower to the curd.
