Ingredients
Boiled potato smashed 1, one tomato cut into small pieces 1, carrot grated 1, coconut scrapings one or two teaspoons, apple few pieces, curds 1 cup, mustard and jeera for seasoning, few curry/coriader leaves, salt to taste;
Method
mix all the items mentioned and add seasoned mustard and jeera. Add a pinch of pepper powder for taste/smell. Mix and eat. A good sustitute for rice in nights and filling. Also takes care of yr calorie intake. A very good food for dieters.
