Fish curry
Ingredients
Fish - 300 gm Tomato(small) - 1 Tamarind - A lemon size Salt Green chilli - 2 Red chilli powder - 3/4tsp Corriander powder - 1/2 tsp Curry leaves Masala: Coconut(shredded) - 1/2 cup Small onion - 2 mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Black pepper - 1/2 tsp cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp curry leaves - 1 strip
Method
* Cut and wash the fish. * Grind the masala ingredients into a smooth paste. * Dissolve tamarind in a cup of water. * Mix the masala, tamarind water and salt and put in flame. * When it is about to boil put the fish,tomato and sliced clillies. * Allow the mixture to boil for 10-15 minutes. * Remove from flame and add curry leaves.
