Prawn Currey
Ingredients
25 large Prawn (shelled) 3 onions (finely chopped) 3 tomatoes (sliced) salt taste 1/2 cup cooking oil 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp red chille powder 1 tsp fresh ground pepper paste (7 cloves garlic,small piece ginger and 2 green chille)
Method
Mix the prawns with the powdered and spices, salt and set aside for an hour. Heat the oil in a pan and add onions, fry until light brown. Add the prawns and stir fry for 3 minutes. Then add sliced tomatoes and let the mixture fry until all the liquid in the pan is absored or quite dry. Serve with rice or bread.
