Ingredients
Mutton - minced ½ kg, cleaned and washed - Onions – 2 big sized finely chopped - Chillies – 5 medium sized finely chopped - Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tbs - Turmeric power – ¼ tbs - Salt to taste Sombu ¼ tbs Kadalai Parupu/ 1 cup soaked overnight and grind to paste with sombu Coriander leaves Oil for deep fry
Method
To the Kadalai Parupu paste, add minced mutton, onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chillies, coriander leaves, salt to taste and mix well. Make the mixture into small urudais. Heat the oil and deep fry the urundais. Server hot garnished with onion rings.
