Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken-500g, Tandoori Paste, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Yogurt, Egg, Tandoori Masala Powder(only MDH),
Method
Cut the chicken in to long pieces then wash it with cold water till it get cleaned. then wash the knife which you have cut the chicken. Now take a big bowl put the cut chicken in to it, add salt, turmeric, tandoori paste, tandoori MDH powder, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, beaten eggs. Mix well and keep a side for 3-5 hrs. Then heat up the oven to 450F, put the marinated chicken in the oven till it get cooked or ask rakesh to cook it, he really make it delicious.
