Spicy Chicken Curry
Ingredients
Chicken -1 kg Onions -2 cups Tomatoes -3 nos coconut -1cup chilli powder -2 tsp coriander powder -3 tsp garam masala -1 1/2 tsp salt -to taste oil -4 to 5 tsp coriander -for garnishing
Method
Wash the chicken and keep it aside. Fry the coconut and when it is really brown and when u start getting the smell add the coriander powder, chilli powder and the garam masala and again fry well untill it is nearlly black. Grind the above mixture and keep it aside. Now fry the onions in the oil untill golden brown and then add tomatoes and fry well when everything is done add the ground mixture and keep frying and then add the chicken and keep fying for about 2 min. Now add required quantity of water and cook. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with parottas.
