Sweet corn chicken soup
Ingredients
baby corn- 5 shredded chicken - 3/4 of a cup milk 1/2 cup water - 4 cups eggs - 2 soy sauce, green chilly sauce - 1 teaspoon each cornflour - 3 teaspoons sugar - 1 teaspoon salt as required pepper as required
Method
Heat 4 cups of water in a hollow pan or vessel.when it is hot enough to cook the chicken, add the shredded chicken and leave for 5 min.Meanwhile, cook the baby corn with water and milk in a pressure cooker and using a mixie make a fine pate out of it. Now add the paste to the water with chicken.Add soy and chilly sauce.Mix the cornflour with water and make a thick paste.Mix this paste to thicken the soup. Now beat the white of eggs and add it in drops to the soup. Add sugar,salt and pepper. Serve hot.
