| Independence Day Special Tiranga Puri |
| Ingredients |

Flour 3 cups
Tomato puree ½ cup
Spinach(puree) ½ cup
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry

Method

Firstly take fresh spinach and boil it for 4 minutes in microwave. Now blend it in blender n make the puree. Take out the spinach puree in some container.
Take a bowl. Put one cup of flour in it. Put salt n ghee in it. Make a dough with plain water(as we do generally to make puri). Put it aside. Now again take another cup of flour.
Put salt n ghee. This time mix the flour with spinach n make the dough. Keep it aside. Again take the remaining flour left. Put salt and ghee. This time mix the flour with the tomato puree. N keep it aside. Keep all doughs separately in fridge n leave it for one hour.
Now make long and thin stripes of all the three coloured doughs. Once you will make three long stripes bring all of them together and make one stripe. Now make small balls as we make for puri and then make small round puri and then deep fry it.
You will like three coloured puri and it’s tasty too.
