1.Clean and cut chicken into small peices.
2.Mix all the ingredinets for the marinade including egg sauce.
3.Add the chicken pieces and mix.
4.Keep aside for 3hrs.
5.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the chicken pieces till light brown colour.
6.Heat 2tbsp of the same oil in a flat pan.
7.Add green chillies, garlic, coriander.
8.Fry for 20sec and add onions.
9.Fry for 2min and add tomato sauce and aginomoto(optional).
10.Fry and chicken pieces.
11.Garnish with spring onions and serve
