take 1 lb of chicken (bone or bone less), corn flour , red chilly powder, soy sauce , curd, turmeric powder , oil , garlic 2 cloves , ginger - a piece ,one onion and two tomato and oil for cooking and a pinch of food color and green chilies cut into slice

1. wash chicken add corn flour, red chilly powder, soy sauce ,curd, turmeric powder and oil and keep aside for 10 min
2.then grind onion ,tomato ,ginger garlic and mix again in the above said and keep aside for 10 more min
3.after than in the thawa add oil and add green chills and small amount of pepper , take only the chicken for the marinated sauce and fry until it turns brown or the chicken in half cooked , after that add the remaining marinated sauce and keep fry until the gravy becomes thick and sticky (add a little oil if you need ,too much oil will reduce the spicy)
4.serve it with rice or chapti , you will fell like you are in India :))
