Chicken gravy
Ingredients
Chicken pieces - ½ kg Onion - 200 gm Garlic - 10 pieces Green chilly - 2 Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon Sambar powder – 3 teaspoon Refined oil - 1 table spoon Cocunut milk - 2 cups cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Method
First in a tawa pour oil After the oil gets heated add onion , garlic, green chilly Fry for 2 minutes Then add ginger, garlic paste & fry for 1 minute. Put the chicken pieces into tawa & keep frying. After some time the color gets changed to half white Now add sambar powder & cumin powder, keep frying After 10 minutes add cocunut milk ( if u want more gravy add more cocunut milk)Add salt ,Atlast when the chicken gets boiled add 1 teaspoon of raw lime juice .
