procedure:
1. boil eggs and remove shells.
2. grind all the above ingredients mentions pasty
3. add finely chopped onions,mint leaves,garlic and
coriander leaves and mix together
4. add maida and rice flour to the above mixture.
5. cut the boiled eggs into 2 and apply the grinded paste
thickly.
6. deep fry the egg.
7. and serve it hot with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
