1.Clean and cut chicken into small cubes.
2.Mix all the ingredinets for the marinade except corn flour.
3.Add the chicken pieces and mix.
4.Now add little by little corn four till the marinade becomes thick.
5.Keep aside for 3hrs.
6.Heat oil in a deep kadai and fry the chicken pieces till light brown colour.
7.Heat 2tbsp of the same oil in a flat pan.
8.Add green chillies, garlic, coriander.
9.Fry for 20sec and add onions.
10.Fry for 2min and add tomato sauce and aginomoto(optional).
11.Fry and chicken pieces. fry for 4min.
12.Garnish with spring onions and serve as an appetiser or as a side dish with noodels.
