Ennei curry
Ingredients
1kg chicken dried chillies -15 (cut into 3) mustard seed - 1 tbspn ulunthu - 1 tbspn shallots - 1/4 kilo (sliced) ginger - 2 inches + 1 bulb garlic - pounded karuveppillai nallennei - 1/4 bottle
Method
heat the nallenei (as much as you need) and add the shallots, pounded ginger + garlic and the dried chillies and let for 3 minutes and then add the chicken and let it cook till tender by adding a bit of water. P/s. Eventhough the chicken is cooked in nallennei but you will never smell the oil and the taste is marvellous. Give a try and you will never regret.
