heat the nallenei (as much as you need) and add the shallots, pounded ginger + garlic and the dried chillies and let for 3 minutes and then add the chicken and let it cook till tender by adding a bit of water.
P/s. Eventhough the chicken is cooked in nallennei but you will never smell the oil and the taste is marvellous. Give a try and you will never regret.
