Corn-Chilly Chicken
Ingredients
Boneless Chicken - 1 pound Ginger/Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon Sliced Onion - 4 nos Sliced Capsicum - 1 nos Sliced Tomato - 2 nos Corn Flour - 2 tbsp Eggs - 2 Salt - 2 teaspoon (or)as needed Pepper - 1 teaspoon Garam Masala - 1.5 teaspoon Lemon - 2 drops Coriander Leaves - 2 bunches Tomato Ketchup - 3 drops Food Color - 1 Pinch
Method
1) Beat the eggs nicely. 2) Mix the boneless chicken with ginger/garlic paste, corn flour, Tomato Ketchup, Food Color and Salt. 3) Sprinkle the lemon drops over the mixed chicken. 4) Add the egg beat to the chicken mix. 5) Fry the onion in the oil until it turns golden brown. 6) Then, Fry the tomatoes and the capsicum until they get mixed with the fried onion. 7) Add pepper and garam masala to the fried contents. 8) Finally, Add the mixed chicken and stir constantly once in a while. 9) Keep the stove in low heat until the chicken mix becomes thick gravy. 10) Garnish the Corn-Chilly Chicken with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
