Peanut Chutney
Ingredients
Peanuts 1cup Coconut 1/2 cup Asafotedia pinch Tamarind pinch Jaggery less than 1/4 spoon Red Chillies 4 Salt 3/4 spoon Oil 2 spoons Mustard 1/2 spoon Urad dhal 1/2 spoon Curry leaves
Method
Roast the Peanuts nicely till it gets brown. Allow it to cool.Grind Peanuts,Coconut,Asafotedia,tamarind,jaggery,Red chillies,salt. Then Season it with Mustard,Urad dhal & curry leaves.
