Ingredients
ground nut,onion,red chilly,pudthina leaves,coriander leaves,tomato,garlic tamrind,salt,cumin seeds,ulutham parupu,kadalai parupu, coconut,
Method
put oil in a kadai. then add ulutham parupu and kadalai parupu and little cumin seeds. after it becomes brown then add onion ,red chilly,garlic, and after few minutes add tomato(2/3) and fry it. add curry leaves,pudhina leaves,coriander leaves. make it fry well. add groundnuts and little tamarind and make a fry . after the groundnuts become nicely fried then add coconut and salt and make fry for 3-4 minutes. then switch off the stove leave it for sometimes and make a fine paste. it is very nice suit dish for idly,dosa and rice.
