cabbage chutney
Ingredients
cabbage shredded-2cups, redchilli-2,caoriander seeds-1tsp,uraddhal-1tsp,channa dhal-1tsp, garlic-5cloves,onion-1(big),coconut-1/4cup(optional),curry leaves.
Method
1.fry redchilli,coriander seeds,uraddhal,channadhal in a dry pan and keep aside. 2.heat kadai with little oil add garlic,onion,curry leaves and cabbage fry till the raw smell goes. 3.grind all the above together by adding coconut. It goes well with idly and dosai.
