Brinjal - 3 (medium sized - cut), Tomato - 1(chopped), Onion - 2(chopped), Green chillies - 3, Red chillies - 2, Curry leaves, Corriender leaves,salt Hing - small pinch, Turmeric Powder - small pinch,
Seasoning:
Oil - 1 table spoon, urdh dhal - 1 tea spoon, Mustard - 1/2 tea spoon.

This chutney is suitable for Idly , dosa & Ven Pongal
Boil or pressure cook(3to5 mins)brinjal, tomato, onion, hing, turmeric, chillies, green & red, curry leaves, corriender leaves & salt. Then strain it and keep the water separately. Mash the mixture or blend it in a mixer for 2 mins. Then season it with mustard & urdh dhal. Then add the strained water to dilute the chutney.
