Onion chutney
Ingredients
1/2 cup onions, 10 red chili, 15gms urad dal, 10 gms - tamarind, 3tbs gingelly oil salt to taste.
Method
Chop onions and fry in 1 tbs oil,until they become transparent.Setaside.In the same pan heat 1 tbs oil and fry the chilles and dal.Grind the fried ingredients,onions and salt in the Asia grinder.Attachement at speed 3 for 2 minutes from a smooth paste. Heat 1 tbs oil and fry the ground chutney for 5 minuts.
