3 big carrots; 2 table spoons urad dal; 4 red chillies;4 green chillies, marble size tamarind; a big pinch of Hing powder and 1 tbs of oil.
Method
Grate the carrots. Heat the oil in a pan and add the urad dal and red chillies and fry .Then add the green chillies and grated carrots and hing . Add salt and tumeric and grind coarsely .
