1. Grind the cut onions,tomato and red chillies into coarse paste in the mixie/Food processor.
2. Pour Sunflower oil (1/2 cup) into the pan and heat it
3. When the oil is hot put the Urad and mustard seeds
4. After the seeds are fried pour the grinded paste into it.
5. You can hear the sizzling noise made by the tomato/onion paste.
6 Add salt to it and Fry the grinded paste till it become thick.
7 Now garnish it with the curry leaves.
8 The chutney is now ready to eat with idlies or dosas
