Peel and boil tomatoes with turmeric and salt in little water until they are totally cooked.
Add green chilles and coriander leaves and let it cool.
Add the beaten yogurt to the tamatoes. Heat little oil in a pan, add cumim seeds, mustard seeds and hing fry till mustard seed splatter and add this seasoning to the above mixture.
You can serve this with rice or as a raitha with roties.
