Tomato 3, Kaduku 1 Teaspoon, Urd Dhal 2 Teaspoon,
Channa Dal 3 Teaspoon, Onion 1 Big size, Green chilli 2,
Salt, a small piece of tamarind, oil for Vagaki-fying
Method
Heat the oil. And thalikavum - Add Kaduku, Urd dhal and Channa dhal. Once they are roasted, add onion and green chilli. Once onion turns brownish add cut tomatoes. Let the
tomato get semi-boiled.
Add all these along with tamarind and salt and grind it.
Best for plain dosa and Wheat dosa.
