SPLUTTERS. ADD ONION AND COOK FOR TWO MINUTES,ADD TOMATOES AND COOK FOR TWO MINUTES. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER,
CHILLI POWDER,TURMERIC POWDER & SALT COOK FOR TWO MINUTES. THEN
DISOLVE 1/2A SPOON BENGAL GRAM FLOUR IN WATER AND MIX IT
WITH THE BOILING MIXTURE.
