Ingredients
TOMATO(5),ONION(2),MUSTARD,OIL,BENGAL GRAM FLOUR (KADALAIMAVU),CHILLI POWDER,TURMERIC POWDER,SALT.
Method
FIRST ADD TWO SPOON OIL IN THE KADAI. ADD THE MUSTARD,AFTER IT SPLUTTERS. ADD ONION AND COOK FOR TWO MINUTES,ADD TOMATOES AND COOK FOR TWO MINUTES. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER, CHILLI POWDER,TURMERIC POWDER & SALT COOK FOR TWO MINUTES. THEN DISOLVE 1/2A SPOON BENGAL GRAM FLOUR IN WATER AND MIX IT WITH THE BOILING MIXTURE.
