Clean & chop coriander leaves and dry it.
Heat the oil in a pan , add udad dall & when it turns light brown
add the chillies & hing.Remove from fire & keep aside.
Grind the fried udad dall,hing, red chillies,tamarind,salt,coriander leaves,
jaggery to make a course chutney.
This chutney goes very well with Khichidi, dosas,etc.
