First fry in the oil Toor Dhal till golden brown. Grind the
fried Toor Dhal along Coconut, Garlic,Tamarind,Red chilles
and Cashew nuts.Fry in oil Mustard seeds,Urid Dhal, Curry Leaves,Green chilles and oil.Fry till the onion becomes golden brown.Add the ground masala into it.Add little water
and allow it to boil adding salt and Corriander leaves.
This chutney goes well with Idly and dosa.
