Method
Heat 1 tbsp oil, fry red chillies for a minute.Drain and keep it aside.In the remaining oil fry onion and tomatoes till the onion is transparent.Cool this and grind it with chillies to a smooth paste.Now heat the remaining 1 tbsp oil and the seasonings.Then add the ground paste and salt and let it simmer with the lid open.
