Ingredients
Puthina/Mint Leaves - 1 Bunch Cocunut - 1 cup Onion (cutted) - 2 Tspoon Green Chillies - 4 Red Chillies - 3 Tamarind(pulli) - 1/2 inch in diameter salt for taste
Method
Head the pan with oil and fry cleaned puthina leaves,onion, red and green chillies till all the leaves shrink into a small amount. Then add shredded cocunut in to it and fry till it become brown.Then grind all the above with tamarind and salt. If You want you can add mustard(kattuku) atlast Best served for idli and all vegetarian dishes
