vegetable oil 1/2 cup
mustard 1 tsp
u.dal 1 tsp
jeera 1 tsp
curry leaves 2 tbsp
garlic 6 flakes
green chillies 6
salt
chilli powder 2 tbsp
turmeric 1 tsp
tomato paste 1 small can
Method
Pour oil in an pan and add all the ingredients.Fry till the dal becomes little brown.Then add the paste and cook for some time say about 15 minutes and the raw smell goes.Let it cool and then store in a bottle.Goes well with dosa and rice also.
