Verkadalai chutney
Ingredients
Dry groundnuts 1/2 cup Green chillies 4 nos. Tamarind paste or tamarind 1/4 Tea spoon Hing Salt to taste For Thalithal : Oil 1 Teas spoon Mustards seeds 1/4 Tea spoon
Method
Grind all the ingredients together. Heat the oil add the mustard seeds, after it pops add it to the ground chutney. Tastes good for Idly and Dosas.
