Ingredients
Puthina or Mint leave - 1 bunch Cocunnut - 1 cup green chillies - 4 cutted onion - 2 tspoon red chillies - 4 tamrind - 1/2 inch in diameter salt for taste
Method
First heat the pan with little oil then add cleaned mint leaves, onion,green chillies and redchillies and fry it till the leaves shrink in to a small amount.Then add shredded cocunut and fry till it become brown.. Then take out from flame ..Grind it with tamarind and salt. If you want you can add mustard atlast .. Thats all
