Tomatoe Chutney
Ingredients
4 or 5 tomatoes cut into cubes 4 tps coconut (grated) salt to taste Little tamarind coriander leaves to taste curry leaves mustard
Method
fry mustard, asafoetida,curry leaves with some oil and keep aside. Fry tomatoe cubes in oil in a frying pan until colour changes. Then add coconut and coriander leaves. Add salt to taste. And keep aside. After it cools down, grind it to a paste in a mixie. Add the mustard and curry leaves preapared earlier.
