Green Chutney[for chaats]
Ingredients
Coriander leaves - 1 cup Mint leaves - 1/2 cup Pottu kadalai[roasted gram dhal]-1/2 cup Salt to taste Garlic - 5-6 pods Green chillies - 7-8 nos
Method
Wash coriander and mint leaves. Mix everything and grind in the mixer to a fine paste, adding some water to it. Store in a small container. Squeeze some lime juice to it if required, mix well and keep aside.
