Raw Mango Chutney
Ingredients
Raw mango - 1 Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup Red Chillies - 7-8 nos. Mustard Seeds - 1 Tbsp Curry leaves - a few Salt to taste Oil - 1 tbsp
Method
Remove the skin on the raw mango and cut it into small pieces. Grind the mango pieces, grated coconut, red chillies, and salt to a fine paste in a mixer/blender. Now add the mustard seeds and grind coarsely. Take a frying pan, add the oil, splutter curry leaves and add this seasoning to the ground chutney. Mango Chutney is ready.
