Ingredients:
Mint Leaves - 1 cup; Dry Chillies 2; Salt 1/4 tspn; Tamarind - little - a big as a lime; Sugar to taste.

Wash the Mint leaves & place in Mixie Jar add the dry chillies and little tamarind extract & grind to a smooth paste, remove from jar, place in a bowl, add sugar & salt - mix well & serve. Goes well with Samosa's or Vegetable Stew.
