Method
1.wash bitterguard and dry it without water and cut into round pieces.
2.then heat oil in a pan fryall the bitterguard pieces till it turns into golden brown.set a side
3.chop onions and tomatoes and add tamarind to it put it in a pan and keep that on stove in simmer .let it cook till it becomes soft .(for about 10 mins).
4.then grind that paste and fried bitterguard .
5.and at last take kadai pour oil musturd,curry leaves ,channadal,garlic,redchillietc.
6.store it in a air tight container .
