Peanut Chutney
Ingredients
Peanuts 2 cups Coconut (shredded) 1/2 cup Red chillies 6 - 7 nos Onion (normal) one Tamarind pulp 1/4 size of small lemon Salt according to taste
Method
Roast the peanuts separately Mix roasted peanuts, coconut, red chillied onion and tamarind pulp in a mixer. Grind it to a smooth paste with little water.
