heat oil in a kadai,add mustard seeds and udad dhal
add onions tomatoes and green chillies and fry
mix both the butter milk and besan flour with required salt
now pour the mixture over the fried items
stir it for 5 minutes and remove from fire.garnish with coriander leaves.
now the chutney is ready.
serve hot with puris and chappathis.
