orange skin chutney
Ingredients
mustard seed-1tsp udad dhal-2 tsp red chillies-6 nos asafoetida little tamarind-gooseberry size oil -5 tsp salt as required orange skin (santhra fruits skin) 1 cup (cut finely)
Method
pour 3 tsp of oil in a kadai, and fry mustard seed, udad dhal, asafoetida and red chillies and keep aside. pour 2 tsp of oil and fry finely chopped orange fruits skin. now grind all the ingredients with tamarind, salt and friedoranges skin. now the chutney is ready. serve with hot rice.
