1. Grind tomatoes,red chillies,tamarind and salt to coarse
paste.
2. Heat oil in a kadai,add mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds,asafoetida and turmeric powder.
3. add ground paste.
4. when becomes thick chutney consistency, remove from fire.
5. serve hot or cool with rice, idli, dosa, poori n chappathis.
if u use gingelly oil the chutney flavour will b nice.
