Ground nut chutny
Ingredients
ground nut-1 cup dry chilli-4 tamarind-small ball mustard curry leaves-1o leaves salt-1 tsp oil-1 tsp water-1 tumbler garlic-pinch
Method
first fry the ground nuts in a pan and remove the brown layers after a fry and keep them to cool for some while then grind the ground nuts with dry red chilli,tamarind,salt,garlic a pinch&water grind them well smoothly. heat a pan with 1 spoon of oil add mustard and curry leaves and drop the grinded paste.u can have it for chapathi,idly &dosa.
