8 whole red pepper, 1 Small Red Onion, 1 Tomato, 1 Red Bell Pepper, 1 yellow {Greenpepper},1 Green Pepper, 2 Carrots, 1 bunch Coriander, 6 Sprigs Podina leaves, 1 tablespoon Jeera and 3 table spoons Roasted Chana (Udaitha Kalai or Pottukadalai)
Method
Fry all of the ingredients in 2 or 3 table spoon oil except roasted chana and Jeera. Cool down after frying. Then grind it in the grinder and add salt according to taste. Finally add lemon juice. No water needed to grind this. You can keep this in the fridge for a week.
