GINGER CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS :
Ginger grated - ½ cup
Tamarind - size of a lemon
Jaggery - as per taste
Salt to taste
Oil for frying - 2 tblsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Method
METHOD: Slightly fry ginger in 1 tsp oil
Grind all the ingredients into a soft mixture.
Heat the rest of the oil, add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add the ginger paste and fry on a slow fire until oil comes on top.
Good with Dosa/Idli/Rice
