Roast the groundnuts and then peel off the cover.
Then grind them in a mixer/grinder coarsely.
Roast the coriander seeds lightly and grind separately.
Mix the crushed groundnuts and coriander seeds and grind it once more together.
Then add the Red-Chilli-Powder, salt and asafoetida.
Mix it well and store in an air tight container
