Peanut Chutney
Ingredients
1 cup Groundnuts 1/4 cup Coriander seeds 1/4 cup Red Chili Powder 1 tsp Asafetida Salt to taste
Method
Roast the groundnuts and then peel off the cover. Then grind them in a mixer/grinder coarsely. Roast the coriander seeds lightly and grind separately. Mix the crushed groundnuts and coriander seeds and grind it once more together. Then add the Red-Chilli-Powder, salt and asafoetida. Mix it well and store in an air tight container Reference of http://www.thetastepantry.com. Easy chutney to make. Serving size is 1 cup and preparation time is 20 minutes. Add more chili powder for additional heat and less chili powder for lower heat. Great with dosas and vadas.
