Ricotta cheese - 1 cup
milk - 2 cups
cashew - 1/4 cup
pista,badam, elachi - for seasoning
sugar - 3/4 cup
Method
1. pour the ricotto cheese in a tissue paper or a cloth until all the water gets strained. keep it in the tissue paper atleast for 1-2 hrs. you will get the shape only if there is no water.
2. mix 5 tbs sugar with the dry ricotto cheese and make it as small balls.
3.bake the cheese balls for 15-20 mins in 350 c degree.
5.grind the cashew with very little water.
4.in the mean while heat the milk nicely still it becomes thick. add the cashew paste with the milk. if you want you can add condesed milk too.
5.add pista and badam pieces and elachi to the milk.
6.after it becomes warm drop the baked cheese balls into the milk.
7. keep it in fridge and serve it cool.
