BREAD BONDA
Ingredients
bread slices - 5 for masala: potato - 1(medium size) onion - 1 green chillies - 5 carrot - 1 (small size) beans - 3 or 4 red chilli powder - 1/4 tbs garam masala powder - 1/4 tbs oil for frying
Method
procedure: 1. boil potato and mash it. 2. chop green chillies,onions,carrot,beans finely. 3. heat the pan and fry all the above chopped vegetables nicely. 4. add salt garam masala powder,red chilli powder. 5. take one bread slices and dip lightly in the water and squeese all the water. 6. take the squeesed bread slice , make it flat with your plam. 7. fill the vegetable masala inside the bread and close it. 8. keep doing for all bread slices. 9. keep all the bread balls in a tissue paper. so that all water gets absorbed which prevent oil splitting while frying. 10.drop the balls inside the oil slowly and fry until it becomes brown. 11. serve this hot crispy bread ballls with tomato sauce.
