Urud dal Vadai
Ingredients
To make 10 to 12 vadai Urud Dal - 1 Cup soak in water for 1 hour Onion - 1/4th Green Chilly - 4 Salt Curry leaves Cannola Oil - To Fry
Method
Grind Urud dal first. Add onion,green chilly,salt,curry leaves in it. mix well. Heat oil in pan. Then put vadai in oil. Fry it & serve hot with coconut chutney.
